Do Dogs Really Have 3 Eyelids?

Aside from the upper and lower eyelids, dogs DO have a further eyelid known as a "haw" which is a protective lid designed to help keep moisture in a dog's eyes.

The haw can be found at the inner corner of the lower eyelid in our canine friends.
